"It was close to event on Whittier Blvd. Starbucks nearby and grocery store. The staff were friendly, the tub was not draining ut the staff took care of it the next morning. It was clean, had a fridge and microwave.No closet to hang clothing. But for the price and looking to save, I would stay there again. I did not like that cars were double parked and it was difficult to get out of lot. No phone in the room but they did put in a work order."

"First off, i really appreciated the staff for helping me out by switching my room for me when i had an issue with the first one that was given to me. Very happy with that detail. The room i had after was nice, clean and didnt smell like cigarette smoke. The furniture and color scheme of the room was very nice. "

"This is the best price for us. The Passport has older fixtures that work just as well as the newer... But you arent paying for modern... You are paying for quality and saving a good amount of money. We have stayed here a handful of times. Always a good experience. "

"Funny thing is the only thing I liked about the property was that my car was on it safely. I'm really disappointed in this property because I usually come and I'm a regular and it would always be clean ever since the covid it's nasty dirty I don't understand why you guys hire older folks that can't see or hear or smell. There's even been a time where I got a room and I didn't even stay there because she changed Mi rooms like three times and all rooms are dirty so I ended up just leaving"

"Check in was quick and easy as well as parking too. Nice spacious room and very clean. The bed was comfortable and great cable tv and WiFi. Good refrigerator and microwave. "
