"Host was extremely fast with responses. We stayed at Thanksgiving so it was a little cooler overall. We didn't pay for the pool heat but used the hot tub often. It takes about 30 min to heat and once you get the hang of the tablet controls in the kitchen it's pretty easy. There was enough beds for our party of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids. 2 bunk beds in one room. Neighborhood is very quiet but about 15 min from Palm springs or 20 from Palm desert. We didn't do much at all in desert hot springs. Joshua tree was about an hour but that got you well into the park as well. The house is very noisy and the doors are hollow core inside the house. I'm a light sleeper so I awoke when others got up to use the bathrooms etc. the beds are memory foam but I slept pretty well. We could have used some more blankets since it did cool down at night. Tvs are Roku which are good and bad. There were no local channels for watching NFL but I always bring my own devices to access local feeds. The pool table and foosball table for used often but again were very loud in the open spaces. Overall this house worked well for our family. "

"This home had all the fixings for a great time. Lots of space for family and friends with 4 bedrooms. Outdoor fire pit barbecue really beautiful pool and spa. We brought food to prepare our own meals and also went out for dinner as well. A short trip to visit Palm Springs and then back to relax in the spa. The owner was easily accessible, lovely to work with and helpful with our questions. We would definitely go back for another getaway. "

"The property was very clean and the host was friendly and flexible when communicating beforehand and afterwards. We had a great stay and loved being able to use the full kitchen and the bunk beds were very large and comfortable. I had to bring my young daughter along on the trip and the house was very safe for her, and had alerts on the doors leading into the pool in the backyard. We wish we would have paid to get the pool heated, but the spa was a great substitute since the weekend we went was a little chilly anyways! We would definitely stay again!"
