"We enjoyed sitting on the front porch of this lazy little country town. We did not realize it had more than one unit until after we finalized the reservation but luckily only one other unit had occupants, the last night. We walked to Damascus Old Mill for dinner (yummy-table over the river) and Blue Blazes bike rental is directly across the street if you are riding the Creeper Trail. We would go back again. "

"Great cabin for central location to biking (VA Creeper Trail), hiking, restaraunts and more. The hot tub was an excellent way to help us regroup after some of the adventure. Pretty little cottage! Enjoyed it immensely!"

The owners take great pride in their home & have gone above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The home was very clean & well taken care of. We really appreciated the small touches that were supplied by the owners like ample paper products, trash bags, s’more fixings & even shampoo & soap in the event you forgot to bring some with you!😀"

"The home is a decent distance off the highway but the scenery you'll see while driving to it are gorgeous. On the first day, we saw 3 deer and 2 rabbits! The driveway is very steep and made of gravel, so keep that in mind when choosing what vehicle to bring. If it has been raining, your tires may slip a bit going up. Upon arrival, the views are stunning and my dog had a blast running around the open yard. There was a cat lounging on the deck (Not sure if it belongs to the home or a neighbor,...

"Just a quick little trip to mountains but a perfect cabin for us. The host, Katrina, could not game more helpful and very responsive. We loved sitting on both front & back porches enjoying the sound of the stream right outside. Gotta say the deer loved the area too, walking through yard and not timid at all. This will definitely be a repeat destination."
