"We stayed 3 days 11/10-11/13. We were immediately impressed by the house. It was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated down to a wonderful Christmas tree programmed to light at 5PM and stay on 5 hours. Made for a wonderful ambiance. We had a couple of issues maintenance related but both Joe and Judy responded immediately to get those things taken care up. They are very friendly and kind owners. We enjoyed talking to them. The only sad thing is that the weather was crappy! It was very cold...

"We enjoyed sitting on the front porch of this lazy little country town. We did not realize it had more than one unit until after we finalized the reservation but luckily only one other unit had occupants, the last night. We walked to Damascus Old Mill for dinner (yummy-table over the river) and Blue Blazes bike rental is directly across the street if you are riding the Creeper Trail. We would go back again. "

"The home is a decent distance off the highway but the scenery you'll see while driving to it are gorgeous. On the first day, we saw 3 deer and 2 rabbits! Took home a few gallons and should have stocked more. My dog loved the property as well.
