They went above and beyond expectations to make my stay as comfortable as possible, even going so far as to shuttle me back and forth to work when my car couldnt handle the weather conditions. "We had an amazing time at the 2nd Street Retreat! The host communicated phenomenally before/during/after the visit. There were a ton of games, books, movies and amenities. It's right downtown, within walking distance of everything this adorable town has to offer! Mt. Jefferson is a quick 5-7 minutes drive with beautiful views. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Excellent place to stay right on the VA Creeper Trail. There is as much peace and quiet on top of this mountain as you can find anywhere on the planet. We saw the Milky Way stretch all the way across the sky. There are thousands more stars visible at night with no light noise to interfere. Everything we needed for our stay was nicely provided. Owner communicated excellently. Would recommend you book it now if your dates are available."

"Very nice for something not “new”. Everything I needed was there. Great little town, the park and trails across the street are great also. The only down side is there can be a good amount of traffic, I had the windows open the whole time so not sure how much shutting them would cut it out. But thats not an issue with the property."

"The cabins at healing springs are as the name goes, healing. 😇 cozy, quaint, Appalachian charm. The actual spring water is iron and mineral-rich. Took home a few gallons and should have stocked more. My dog loved the property as well. Don’t forget to utilize their fire pits to roast marshmallows and gaze upon the Appalachian night stars and constellations."
