"Very clean. Everything worked appropriately. No frills, but nice and worked perfectly for our family. Friendly staff. Accommodated our late arrival and had everything left for us that we needed with detailed instructions. Stayed in what is listed as 3 bedroom with 3 queens (2 beds and 1 pull out sofa, each in their own room area with individual tv and air/heat for each). Older building but kept up well. No issues. Would definitely stay here again. We got a great price. Location is kind of didn't in between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge with just a few minutes drive to most anything you would want. "

"This was a very clean site. We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It was less than a 5 minute drive. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Very good value and I would definitely go again! "
