"This place is awesome. great accommodations with many amenities including golf. the cabin was well equipped with a hot tub on the deck, grill, and table for dinning and hanging outside. The condo unit was just as nice with lockout units for more space. BUT MOST OF ALL IS THE ATTENTIVENESS AND SERVING WITH PLEASURE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. BETH, AMY, DIANA, STACY WERE WONDERFUL AND HELPED US TRHOUGH OUR TRYING TIMES OF TRAVEL WITH FIGHT CANCELLATIONS AND MAKING SURE OUR RESERVATIONS WEREN'T CANCELLED. THEY PROVIDED US WITH EXTRA PADDING FOR OUR SOFA BED, SENT A CHECK IN TEXT EVERY OTHER DAY TO SEE HOW OUR STAY WAS GOING. THIS WAS LOVELY. I HAVE TO GO BACK. "

"Booked room online due to late arrival from trip. Checked in at 12 midnight. Gary the night manager was very cordial and accommodating. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of clean white new towels and plenty of toiletries. Room had coffee maker and supplies. Breakfast was plentiful with cold and hot selections including waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits. Lots of breakfast choices. Fresh fruit and yogurt. I would recommend to anyone traveling to this area. "

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times with our dog. The rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly. However, there's almost always stains on the white duvet and bedding. It would recommend that housekeeping inspect these linens and pull them for either treatment or replacement on a regular basis. The provided breakfast is very much like what you would get at a gas station, and it looks like they use powdered eggs and instant coffee machines. Parking is often an issue if staying on a weekend. This hotel is located in a convenient location just between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, close to shopping and food. We will likely stay here again in the future. "
