"when we arrived to check in there was no one in the office. There was a note saying to get key off the door at the pro shop, no key was on the door. We were then stuck in the middle of no where at 2 30 in the morning. Very poorly ran establishment. Would never stay there."

"Having a 10 digit number is uncalled for. We had an awful time getting into the room and also did another guest. Our friend who lives in Baneberry had to help both of us. We have stayed at the inn numerous times over the years and had no problems with getting in the door."
