"This was my third stay in six weeks at the hotel. I was welcomed back by the hotel staff. The host at the restaurant is always very kind and accommodating to me especially since the hours are a little in flux during the low season. Looking forward to my feb stay here. "

"All was very nice. We disnt realize the poil was only an outdoor pool and that it is (of course) closed in the winter). My daughter as Sensory Processing Disorder and nerds a piol to regulate after a day of many sensory experiences. I dont recall seeing anything on the wrbsote other than the icon for pool in the amenities area. We would have gone to a different hotel to meet her needs. "

"My husband and I spent the nite at Aloft and it was really nice. Very lively and upbeat hotel as people were everywhere. The room was nice and clean, i had a view as i requested. Great location, everything was very close. We didn't try the pool but breakfast was nice"

"This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Chicago. Transport to the all lines round the corner, including for the airport. Walking distance to the theatre district, Navy Pier, Wrigley Building etc. The staff are amazing, always welcome you back and approachable for guidance of the city. Pedro especially was so kind. The bed is very comfy, shower powerful and a clean spacious room. I'd come back here again every time. "
