"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. "Classic old charm....and I mean lots and loads of charm. Decent free breakfast and on site dinning. In center of village so walking about is a must. We visited to view the stars at Cherry Springs which is 45 minutes away. The rooms are small compared to most hotels and our bed was a bit soft for me but just right for my partner. I will gladly take a smaller room just to stay at this hotel. The staff is soo friendly and helpful for directions and recommendations. Place gets a 10 ."
