"The Theater Motel is family-owned and operated. Staying here feels like a nostalgic mid-century experience from decor to the warm hospitality. The rooms are always clean, tidy, and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and offer a cute gazebo for gathering with friends, a small child-friendly playground, BBQ, and plenty of parking. It is quaint, quiet, and very affordable. It is my 'go-to' motel when visiting SUNY Fredonia, which is only a 20 minute drive. No frills, no fuss, but always satisfied. "

"Great place to stay, HOWEVER the lady at the front desk chased me into the parking lot fussing about my keys, which were in my room for pickup. Chill out fussy grandma, don't chase guests out to their car in the AM. You were a negative note on a great stay!"
