"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful...

"Shower stall needs a scrub down of the mildew and mold between wall tiles. Bleach, Scrubbing Bubbles or similar with a stiff brush would do the job.//Hotel is a bit worn and it shows in a number of places. Neighborhood is gritty and dirty, but seemed safe. Litter in Palermo huge problem. Very noisy at night around hotel some nights."

"Good location near ferry terminal, and on direct bus route from train station. Site overlooks a small park. Rooms are a bit dated, but have character. Comfortable bed, A/C works, everything clean."

"I love this hotel so much I keep coming back. Located in a quiet area near the ocean, this newly rebuilt hotel is clean with a classy modern sophisticated look. The rooms are spacious, some come with swinging doors leading to a balcony. The restaurant serves a tasty breakfast and filling dinner in the evening with excellent professional service. The neighborhood is quiet at night and for the most part, safe. Only a 15 minute walk to the train/bus station and about a 10 minute walk to the center...

"Agrigento was late in our traveling, meaning were were rather tired and used this stay to relax and enjoy the views from our 11th floor room. We did visit the Valley of the Temples...really good! The staff were wonderful and responded to any concerns we had promptly. The lift to the floor was rather slow but we used the time to sing a song and see if we could finish the song before the lift got the 11th floor. It helped make the ride fun. The view we had out of our window was to the south...
