"First of all, our flight from the U.S. was a day delayed, so we arrived on day 2 of our intended stay. The hotel had been wonderful communicating on What’s App that they would hold our room to be ready when we arrived. The reception gentleman could not have been more kind and helpful when we got there! He carried my bag up stairs and gave us a huge amount of local inform and recommendations. The hotel is in a lovely old building and has some quirks, but the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location was amazing, right around the corner from Quattro Canti, with restaurants, sights, and bars galore. The breakfast in their rooftop was a great way to start the morning. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again! "

"From check-in to check-out…superb service. Asked about a taxi for airport departure during checkin. Receptionist called our room after we had unpacked and asked if we’d like her to book the 04:00 taxi. Done. Needed an extra key as I was not touring one day. Done. On the day of departure 03:45, the cheerful receptionist met us at the elevator to help us with our luggage. Done. There’s in-house restaurant and spa. A gourmet prepared meal in a highly tourist area. We didn’t have time for spa experiences but reasonably priced. Yes, we would definitely stay again!"

"We came off the ferry at 5 am, and we were thankfully allowed to check Into a vacant room as soon as the reception was open (8:30 am) in order to take a nap before exploring the town. Giada was lovely and helpful with a booking error as well. It's a really cool, stylish little hotel in a very walkable area near the old port. We have a room on the back of the building without much of a view, but a cute little patio and it's dead quiet, which is perfect. The bathroom is nice and renovated. Trying out the breakfas tomorrow, so I can't comment on that. But we'd definitely stay here again. Grazie Mille! "

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights. However, it feels more like a B&B than a traditional hotel. The reception is staffed only during check-ins or is on-call, which may not be ideal for all guests. Additionally, there isn’t much of a common area to relax in. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat littered, but it offers plenty of local shopping and dining options. Inside the room, I found it to be larger than the typical European hotel room and very clean. However, there was an old, musty smell that detracted from the experience. The amenities are quite basic, and I noticed the absence of facial tissues. Another point to consider is the noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which can last until about 2 AM, potentially disrupting your sleep. The Expedia VIP got a bottle of wine which is always a huge plus. "
