Clean, comfortable room- outstanding breakfast, easy parking. The only negative was the outdoor bar, expensive drinks, indifferent bartender, poor service. Would definitely return to this property.

Overall good hotel, surrounded by high rises. Well English speaking staff, good breakfast probably best we had so far, good variety of food, mixed of American and Italian dishes. Bar with drinks and snacks after noon. Location is about 20 minutes from centre of town.

We LOVED this hotel.
This little hotel is a gem. Our room seemed brand new in all ways and super clean. Yet the exterior buildings have the character of a Palermo hotel from the 1800s, and I mean that as a compliment. Great air conditioning. The breakfast is fabulous including the best croissants I have ever tasted, with 4 or 5 choices of fillings. If you need something in this part of town or somewhat close to the airport, this is a winner.

There is no cover for sun or raining to go to the rooms, and there is no elevator for second level. Service and other facilities were ok, but I think 4 stars with score more than 8 is too much.

Overall the hotel isn’t too bad. We found a cockroach in the shower, called someone to remove it. When we informed the receptionist at check out, she did not bat an eye, no apologies, she couldn’t care less. Next to the hotel there’s a bar/pub that played loud music until midnight.

A green lovely place!
What a lovely green place in Palermo. The room was big, perfect airconditioning, good breakfast and a nice balcony. We parked the car and took a taxi in to Palermo (it was 39’) for a cost of €40 both ways. They drive like crasy in the city.

Very clean, quiet air con, no mosquitoes in the bedroom. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Great space for office work and comfortable bed. Sky tv. Noisy because of the receptions next door and concerts nearby. Ok if you choose a room in the 400-odd numbers. Restaurant food was ok. Menu a bit boring to eat every day, but no issue as there are plenty of choices nearby, at walking distance.

The lowlights were worms crawling on the unused bath towel and the room cleaner who walked in, all the way to the bed I was in, angry that I had not left the room yet when the DO NOT DISTURB sign was clearly on the hallway door.

Il più grande difetto di questo hotel è il fatto che confina con un locale dove alla sera organizzano eventi con musica molto forte fino alle ore 24 che si sente tantissimo in camera. Molto difficile addormentarsi prima. Camere da curare di più: rubinetti tutti opachi per il calcare. Dispencer sapone che non rimane appeso alla parete, telecomando tv assemblato con scotch, tenda con macchia evidente. Buona la colazione. Reception inadeguata: non sono in grado di fornire alcuna informazione turistica e spesso non rispondono al telefono. Più che un 4 stelle direi 3.

Mucho ruido, mal insonorizado. Nos dan una habitación encima de la recepción y sala con una fiesta con saxofón!! Y nos dicen que durara hasta las 23:00. Nos invitan a irnos del hotel si no estamos contentos. Recepcionista muy desagradable. Al final nos cambian con malas ganas y muy desagradable. No recomiendo para nada!

Camere comode ed ampie, con qualche problematica che non incideva sulla comodità dell'alloggio (specchio del bagno rotto, tende un po' logore, frigo non particolarmente efficiente).
