"I really like this Hotel. It's quiet, just off the freeway, easy access, super clean, and staff are all really nice. My only dislike are the pillows are uncomfortable for my preference. They're hard and all the same kind. I wish they had a few softer choices. I will definitely stay here again. "

"When we arrived, the lady at check-in was quick and efficient. This isn't a good thing. There was no smile, no welcome, and no energy. This is completely different from our stay at Springhill Suites in Medford and Pleasanton (same trip). She may have been tired. Anyway - the premises is looking tired as is our room - 323. A refresh would be nice. "
