I was tired and grumpy but the staff was very kind to me in the face of my irritability and I am thankful for that and apologetic for my grouchy behavior. The room was perfect and I enjoyed the rest I got before driving to the coast"

"Everything was just fine. Beautiful hotel accommodating staff. I must say I expected a little extra extra staying at the Benson. Which I didn't really feel. Beautifully decorated for Christmas which is what I was looking for. Accommodating a dog was a lovely option, but you don't get anything for the $40 charge and there's literally nowhere for the dog to go to the bathroom within a three block radius. I felt unsafe going out in the morning. I was able to get a dog bowl by calling housekeeping....

I Drive an electric vehicle and that’s one of the reasons I chose this place. Their charger was in operable, but there are several right across the street. For those of us that drive electric cars this is not uncommon and again, also one of the reasons I chose this place, knowing that if the charger was broken, I had options I could walk from nearby. "

Facility location is great, a lot of places in waking distance. Facility is nice and clean. Can do better on Christmas vibe and decor but overall I recommend for other travellers."
