"Everything was just fine. Beautiful hotel accommodating staff. I must say I expected a little extra extra staying at the Benson. Which I didn't really feel. Beautifully decorated for Christmas which is what I was looking for. Accommodating a dog was a lovely option, but you don't get anything for the $40 charge and there's literally nowhere for the dog to go to the bathroom within a three block radius. I felt unsafe going out in the morning. I was able to get a dog bowl by calling housekeeping....

Facility location is great, a lot of places in waking distance. Facility is nice and clean. Can do better on Christmas vibe and decor but overall I recommend for other travellers."
