"Our cable in the room kept freezing and in and out. They called a guy up to "fix it" all he did was unplug and plug in the cable box. Said thats all i have to do. ALL night it would do it...either freeze, reset itself, or we would have to grt up and reset the cable box. I called the front desk and a lady just kinda dismissed me. When i walked down to look at the gift shop i asked Tori at the desk if anyone else was having problems. She had no idea what i was talking about. Ahe was so kind and...
