We asked again the next day and they confirmed that we were staying for 4 nights and that we could have breakfast included… the food was nice when we did get it. "El Hotel es estilo colonial muy lindo y limpio. Tuvimos una increíble vista al Lago de Atitlan. Es importante mencionar que en la habitación no hay plancha, refrigerador ni cajilla de seguridad; aunque la cajilla no es tan importante, el personal es muy honrado. Mi esposo dejó su argolla de matrimonio y al regresar hicieron la limpieza y ahí estaba su argolla, también al salir; olvide unos artículos y salieron a dejármelos. Muchas gracias!! "

"Absolutely loved this place. So so cute, clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff is so accommodating and sweet, they were always asking if they could get me anything. Food is SO GOOD. Best juices I have ever had in my life. The stairs around the property are killer but it’s worth it for the views, quality and price. Can’t wait to come back!"
