"We had a great stay at Westgate. We appreciated the great service provided by the front desk and bartending staff. Room was clean. Building felt safe. Perfect walking distance to Grand Central or anywhere in Midtown. If there was only one thing I would point out is that the frosted window in the bathroom was allowing outside air to come in which made the bathroom very cold each morning. We would close the bathroom door at night so the room stayed warm but the bathroom was cold because of the window. However that would not deter us from staying here again. Overall it was a great hotel and we would definitely stay here again. "

"I was in town for my aunt's funeral. I flew in early enough to prepare for the funeral which was held in Brooklyn. I was afforded early check in which was perfect and I am so thankful that the staff was intuitive enough not to add any stress to an already very stressful situation. The hotel is beautiful and I look forward to staying there again when I'm in the city."
