"The room I'm in is very comfortable. You can see this hotel was renovated and it was done very nicely. Excellent choice of plumbing fixtures in Bathroom. Beds are very comfortable and have lots of pillows. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here. My main observation is that this hotel is extremely clean, from th lobby to the rooms. "

"Overall it is a good and clean place. Located in walking distance to restrautants and basic stores and pharmacy The Manager is helpful. There is free breakfast, but the menu can be improved. It is decent priced with basic amenities"

"It was a nice stay, and it's an elegant hotel. However, the management messed up our room reservation because while we reserved the connecting suites with enough room and beds for our family of five, they gave that particular suite to another family. They did accommodate us with a roll out bed, and refunded partial amount of our reservation, but not without some arguing. Overall it's a great hotel in a great location, and was satisfied with how they handled the room issue. It's definitely a good place to say if you want to do everything in NYC."
