"Superb stay. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Evening meal was delicious, pub quiz great fun, beer very nice with great variety of ales, and breakfast in the morning was wonderful (amazing Eggs Florentine). "My wife and I stayed overnight to meet up with family and have a meal together. The room was lovely, clean, and welcoming. Bathroom was modern and clean with good shower. The staff were very friendly and the service was great! We had a meal in the restaurant which was wonderful, the breakfast was equally as good! All in all a great stay and I can see us revisiting. "

"Stayed one night. Clean and comfortable. Landlord and manager very attentive and welcoming. Excellent traditional english breakfast. The pub itself is a proper drinkers pub so expect lively clientele in the bar. Would stay again."
