"I have stayed here for business meetings, it suits me just great! The rooms are clean, I have to share a toilet/shower but the price reflects this. It is close to the train station (can walk there in less the 5 mins). I was upgraded on this visit, my neighbours were very noisy bit once I was asleep it was fine."

"The Sugarbeat B&B is a great home from home, staff, food and service is top notch! Our room ‘Manilow’ was ok but noisy in the morning from 0700 with extractor fans for kitchens, plus doesn’t go off until 1100. The room low roof made it very difficult to relax, plus only one chair to watch tv or have a coffee in room. Cleanliness could be a little bit better with some stains and marks on furniture. Overall an excellent place and have booked again for April."

"We stayed at Early of Derby for one night and it was perfect! Either a 30 min walk or 5 min uber into town, the location is great. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. The room was clean and had everything you need! They even left a little bag of mini eggs as we stayed on Easter weekend! We will definitely be staying here again. "
