"Nice location - close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops as well as the harbour. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a bit tired - there was a used bandaid stuck to the bathroom floor from previous guest (was kinda camouflaged from the tiles) and there was no complementary water bottles in the room so we had to walk 10 mins to find a 7-11 to buy water. Beds were comfortable and I liked the streaming function option on the tv. "

"The accessible rooms were great, spacious, non slip tiles and rails in bathroom. Huge comfy king soze bed, reception area was trendy with small bar/cafe. Limited options for breakfast, no balcony and couldn't open a window. Two fire emergencies during my 5 night stay, on the 7th floor with a disability and noone at reception. Need a much better fire plan."

"ROOM WAS OLD AND DINGEY. NO MINI BAR, VENTILATION POOR IN BATHROOM AND VERY SMALL. OUR ENTRANCE DOOR KEPT JAMMING LEAVING US STUCK IN OR OUTSIDE. REPORTED TO MANAGER WHO SAID THEY KNEW BUT NOT FIXED YET."
