"Getting ready for bed the first night we found pieces of toast on the floor and desk chair. We picked up and threw them away. I requested vacuuming of room the next day. No service was provided as trash was overflowing when we left after 3 nights."

"The staff was so friendly n polite, the young lady with red n black hair was so sweet n nice n accommodating towards my dad, he's 82, she kept us all close n on the 1st floor! She was a Princess!! Even the man mopping the flr was happy, friendly n talkative! Very polite people! Clean rooms! Clean common area n nice bfast as well, coffee all day n nite! Definitely stay here! Also the young woman with the big round hoop earrings was adorable n friendly n so polite, thanks to all u guys!!"
