"I have to say I really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful great view nice and clean had a washer and dryer and a full kitchen that had enough for us to make small items, the staff was really nice and helpful they made check in and out really smooth, the only issue we had was the elevator, only two worked and it took a good 15min to get on the elevator if you were waiting in the lobby to go upstairs and about the same or more to come down, but all and all our stay was great. "

"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your Fontainebleau Vrbo. It is a very nice suite with a great location. It was easy to access and we appreciated the parking convenience for our rental. I would suggest that the sofa bed mattress be replaced as it was very uncomfortable. The dryer did not work which was a minor issue. I would return to this property if the sofa bed was switched out. "

"Place is clean and beach view is amazing. People say outdated, well double the price and you may get a bit more swanky. It is far from south beach so BRING YOUR BIKES. The 11mile beach boardwalk is awesome. Pool is great. Yes, the walls are thin and Miami beach is in love with loud noise machines such as leaf blowers and a bulldozer louder than a Panzer tank. So bring your fan or white noise or earplugs. Only 1 burner works, but kitchen was great for quick meals and has plates and pans. ...

"The spot was cozy and had all the essentials for our weekend trip to Miami. As the posting shared the street is really active, so just prepare for that. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, it so was close to the beach and they had beach towels for us to use. I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!"

"We were a group of 7 friends staying overnight prior to a cruise the next day. The unit is very nice, as described. It would be nice to have more towels, (there were exactly 7). There was also no kitchen, or paper towels and only one coffee cup. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. The issues noted would not keep me from staying again, I would just know ahead of time to ask for these things ahead of time. Communication was great and the coffee maker type we requested was there...

"Property had construction work in progress which unfortunately affected the visual appearance of the environment. We were not made aware of this construction prior to booking or arriving. Wasn’t awful just noisy and inconvenient with access in and out of the building. The location was great, easy walk to the beach. Apartment was well represented re rooms and plenty of space.
