"The service and little touches especially for the kids (kids corner, a token for the kids to spend at the bar to get a choice from a list of chocolates, activity pack, juice etc), free cookies and still water that was topped up daily, lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. "Large comfy room, good selection of teas and coffee in room. Reception staff were fantastic throughout. Bar area nice and clean, good selection of beers and spirits. Food okay, nothing special but not bad. Not a huge fan of 12.5% service charge added to food orders particularly in a restaurant that mostly offers more ‘snack’ type food (pizza burgers etc) "

"Only a flying visit of 1 night this time, but a very comfortable one. Staff are excellent as always and the fish and chips at the bar was very nice. Managed to use the pool in the morning but got there too late for the Sauna and Steam room this time. My room was small, but perfect for a one night with a double bed and shower/wc room. "
