"Excellent value and I think many coming from overseas might be surprised what a big hearty breakfast you can get included in the price at hotels in the UK, Holiday Inns in particular. Fine rooms, but poor shower pressure. In a roady location at least an 8min walk to the pretty parts of Bath. More suited to driving-centric people and business guests."

"Really good stay. The staff are incredible throughout the day, regardless who is working. Everyone cares, thoughtful, kind and considerate. It's so refreshing to be handled with such care and thought. Breakfast was excellent, and a must have - proper sausages and bacon on the full english, and they have mastered the art of a poached egg! Some noise from the main road of an evening, but you can't do anything with that if you are at the front of the property and close to the road. Rare gem for parking, safe and secure in private car park. A tremendous stay, and a 10/10 hotel. A refreshing level of customer service with genuine people. Cannot recommend enough and really appreciate the work of the team there. "

"Absolutely amazing experience here. We had dinner at Bouvardia which was incredible and the service was impeccable. Our room was so clean and we were upgraded to a luxury suite, the bed was so comfortable and the bath was lovely. The staff were all great and so welcoming, the honesty bar is also a great idea. The only downside was it was quite noisy outside in the early morning as they were doing works on the road and people were constantly beeping! We will definitely be back. "
