"Location was perfect for a Disney vacation. Accommodations were spacious and well appointed. Jake the property manager was quick to communicate and provide answers if needed. Our only issue was that the WiFi and cell service at this location was very poor. Would still stay again. "

"The home/condo was clean, beautiful and inviting. It had more than enough room for all of our family. Comfortable beds and furniture. Large bathrooms and shower. So much better than I expected. I communicated with the owner on several occasions to ask questions due to my own ignorance. They are extremely polite. They entertained and answered all of my questions. "Was supposed to rent this property July 4-6. No communication from owner up to July 3rd about house code or property address and property rules. Had to reach out the night before to ask for the house code. They seemed sketchy on the phone. "During my stay we came back from the park one day and the entire unit smelled like paint thinner. I contact the front desk to see if someone did painint in the adjoining unit or why the overpowering smell was there. I was told no painting was done and they would send someone immediately. Half hr later still noone came, i called again and was told the same that it was marked urgent and someone would be over, yet again noone came. I called a third time, told the same again and yes you guessed it...

"Kitchen was not updated,, drawer was broken, essential was not provided,, bathroom pot was stained,, need more cleaning ,In the Master bedroom there were no partition glass in between bathroom and bedroom,, which is disappointing,,Thank you "

"We stayed here with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room, close to Disney parks, great waterpark in the neighborhood within walking distance to the house! The house was definitely adequate and any small issues were handled swiftly! We would stay here again! Great house for a large group!"
