"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. "Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"This is not your average holiday accommodation! It is uniquely furnished and very spacious. We loved being able to request the parking space and also the key coded entry, no keys to lose. Convenient short walk to the tube station and then quickly into the centre of London. Host’s replied promptly to our enquiries. Great base for a trip to London!"
