"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

"We had the most amazing time in Brighton. We came to move our daughter into the University and explored her new home town. 50B the Garden View apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The buses took us everywhere and the train station was within walking distance to take us to London for a weekend getaway. "A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150.
