"Though the property is dated and could use some upgrades, the owners keep it very clean and do room freshen ups daily. The beds were comfortable and the linens were in good shape. Everything in the room worked (TV, clock, etc.) and there was a mini fridge and microwave. One thing missing though is a coffee maker in the room. We brought our own but that's an essential. "Really enjoyed our stay on the property. Very clean upon check-in, and had everything we needed. Location was awesome! Beautiful waterfront spot, right on Lake Pinehurst and enjoyed sitting on the deck literally 20 feet from the water's edge. Super convenient to Pinehurst Village and all the golf, shopping and nice restaurants the area has to offer. Host was very responsive to our handful of inquiries during our stay. I would highly recommend it."

"This property is very clean and well-maintained. It is just across the street from the racetrack which serves excellent breakfasts. The back of the condo also faces one of the fairways on the golf course, so there is entertainment in that. The owner has up-to-date appliances and all of the utensils needed for anyone who wishes to cook for themself. We were a group of four golfers who were all unanimous in approval of this property for future stays should it be available."
