"This was our third visit to the property. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been too. You are treated like royalty. Just a beautiful place. The history is fascinating. The location can’t be beat. Many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Only gripe would be the mandatory valet parking. "

"The gold level is undergoing renovations and the temporary space is just okay. Some of the iced beverages are held in an old sink and it’s just okay compared to before. I stay here a lot but they do not give me allcor points for booking on Expedia and they also do not recognize my ‘level’ even though I stay there at times 4 days a week, 3 out of 4 months a month. I’ve been exploring other hotels as a result. If I book through them, the charge me more than Expedia. "
