"The Morris House is a unique hotel. Just around the corner from Independence Hall, we were in walking distance to the historical museums and parks. Plenty of eating establishments nearby as well. Our car never left the convenient parking garage across the street, and we received a discount by staying at the Morris House to boot! The hotel is a great value, and the staff was wonderful."

"We loved the privacy of staying in our own little cottage. The property has a lot of charm. Any issues we had were easily resolved with a call to the owners. We had our own little kitchenette, ground coffee and coffee maker, refrigerator, plenty of fresh towels and a warm bed. Easy access to all of Lancaster County. The continental breakfast was tasty if a bit small. A small chest of drawers for clothing in the cottage would have helped. We had to live out of our suitcase for our stay. This...

"Alpenhof is everything you’d want in a B&B times a thousand. The owners greet you warmly and remain available while giving you space. The rooms are impeccable - every detail thoughtfully designed for the experience, and each bed (I’ve stayed in different rooms over the years) is so sooo comfortable!! There’s an enormous amount of gorgeous space - inside each room, in the incredible common areas, and on the landscaped grounds outside. I’ve never had a desire to re-visit a hotel or Airbnb or B&B...
