"We had a great stay at Royal Mountain Hotel on the West Bank. We were very happy with the bright, new, large accommodation. As a family of five we had tons of room to stretch out. The pool area is very nice as is the roof top. The owner and staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It’s also very close to Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut’s temple and other West Bank sights. There is a new bridge which connects the West Bank to Luxor’s downtown so it is easy and quick to get between the two. We definitely recommend the Royal Mountain Hotel. "

"The hotel is a garden oasis by the Nile. It has a gorgeous rooftop biew of the Nile, there are organic gardens, fruit trees, and beautiful flowers all around, with multiple outdoir areas to dine. The food is amazing and freh, and often picked from the gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Mohammed Ali gave amazing service and always went out of his way to make the guests' stays marvelous. "

"This is a family owned hotel on the west bank of the Nile. Just FYI - the Valley of Kings and Valley of Queens, as well as some other temples and tombs you'll want to see, are on the west bank. But most people live on the east bank, and you'll want to visit that side to see Karnak and Luxor temples. So first decide which side you want to stay on. Both have advantages, but in short, east side is busier but has many more options for dining. By contrast, west side is easy going, you are just a few kilometers from some remarkable historic sites, but don't expect to get a drink. If you decide for the west bank, then you can't go wrong with this hotel. It has a very lovely garden, staff is kind and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, and there is a small pool (although it was too chilly for us to use)."

Номер маленький, но чистый. Вода горячая есть. Вайфай. С крыши открывается чудесный вид на горы и храм Хашепсут. Можно встретить закат и рассвет. На рассвете летают шары красиво. "What a gem in Luxor. So quiet and lovely to have the fields with oxen around. Felt very relaxing being on the quieter side of Luxor. Lovely decor and large garden with good size pool. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Ample breakfast and hotel restaurant was very good with a menu which changed daily and several options at a reasonable price. There is a boat available which is extremely easy to take across to the East Bank and back whenever you need it. The WiFi did not work very well in my room but worked well in the garden and pool / bar area so was not an issue. Recommend for those seeking a peaceful stay in Luxor."
