"We stayed in the family room (changed from double), as the double room was a dark pit. The family room was spacious for 2 people, for a small additional fee. The hotel is in a convenient location, a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, but there are no signs so its difficult to find. There is a shortcut through the hotel, which we didnt know about until the final day, so ask the staff about that. "Ahmed the hotel manager could not do enough for us. Everything we requested was no problem. He sent us a tour guide Mo who was excellent he was passionate about his home town Luxor and was very knowledgeable. Budget hotel with excellent staff. Would definitely recommend."

Definitely different from the run of the mill Western style hotels, only minutes away from the Nile..Way more peaceful than the east bank situated in a very friendly village. The management and staff were amazingly helpful and kind. The restaurant was great, we never even bothered eating anywhere else. "

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "
