"This hotel is top-notch. They take very good care of their clients. To be honest, there was a medical emergency due to an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but they brought in a doctor and took care of the situation and even brought in the engineers and made sure everything was fixed. And took care of us to the point where they moved us to a new room. It was the most amazing experience ever. Their food is amazing. Their breakfast has so many things to choose from. You get Uber full, the pool overlooks the Nile? It is the most beautiful a vision you could imagine sitting in an infinity pool, looking over the Nile, I would highly recommend this. Hotel for a night before a Nile Cruz. This way and the next morning you could start your cruise and tour when it's not hot. Staff was beautiful, helpful, friendly.Just highly recommend this hotel"

"Our stay was magnificent. We arrived early from our flight, and they accommodated us immediately with a room, even before the check-in time. The breakfast and restaurants were really good. At checkout, they allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge before our flight back. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and located in a beautiful area. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little oasis on the west side. Close to all the sights on that side of the river but also close to the boats that can take you to the east side with all the other temples. The hotel was in good condition, we really enjoyed the courtyard! The food was good, breakfast was a buffet. The pool was great too, even if a little too chilly for me (we went in early March). The staff asking for tips was not necessary, but everything else was great. Our room (family of 5) was spacious and everything was clean. The mattress could have been a little softer ;) but we all survived ;) "

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "

"Ahmed the hotel manager could not do enough for us. Everything we requested was no problem. He sent us a tour guide Mo who was excellent he was passionate about his home town Luxor and was very knowledgeable. Budget hotel with excellent staff. Would definitely recommend."
