"The house was really clean throughout, and was the perfect place as our base ahead of our family get together. Lovely and warm on arrival, there was plenty of info from the hosts about Bath. 1 minor issue. Toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose when we arrived. Other than that, can't fault it. Thanks! "

"The cottage was dirty, the kitchen smelt of grease and all the pots where dirty. It smelt very fusty like it had been left unused for a long time. Beds where very uncomfortable, my wife described it as the worst nights sleep she has ever had. None of my kids could sleep either. Left after the first night and had to spend more money to stay somewhere. When I mentioned all this to the host they completely ignored me and stopped responding to my messages."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

"Very tight entrance so to remove shoes as requested we could only go or leave 1 at a time. Kitchen is also very tight."

"The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. He offered early check in and popped by to ensure everything was okay - also let us charge the car which was much appreciated. Would happily stay again!"
