"Nice check in lady, very thorough. Room spotless, nice to have a bathroom/shower without dirty or missing grout. My only comment is that the room was warm, although turned the A/C down low, but the quilt was very thick and it was too much. Maybe have a sheet as an option instead? Breakfast was find and filling. Would definitely return. "

"Very comfortable beds, wonderful shower and tub, thick luxurious towels and great cosmetics provided. A fresh bottle of filtered water was provided each time the room was refreshed. Staff were lovely. There was a hiccup when I checked in because the room key did not work for the electricity, so I was moved to another room. After that all was smooth sailing. The pool and sauna were good for relaxing. I liked the heated stone lounge benches. Dairy-free milk was available on request. Restaurant had delicious gluten free bass. Highly recommend!"

"A fantastic, modern, clean, secure, quiet and centrally located budget hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Only one criticism…on-line check in is pointless. You still have to queue at the desk to check in. However, that’s a corporate issue and not in any way the fault of the hotel. We’ll be back!"
