Also Glastonbury nearby with Bath & Bristol all day trip visitable However, the Mendip hills are lovely so if we come again we will be walking either in the hills or down on the somerset levels. "

"Double Gate Farm is ... A Find. Quiet, relaxed and comfortable with excellent attention to detail. In the room we found REAL COFFEE with a Cafetiere, a fridge for our own items should we need it (even some so-called major hotel groups don't provide one). The room was super-clean, airy with huge sliding doors giving onto a terrace and river, field and sky view. With good outdoor furniture to relax in.
