"We were pleasantly surprised. Price was much lower than comparable units nearby and pictures on the website showed basic/outdated interiors. Our cottage was updated with granite countertops, new gas stove and fridge, new flooring and fixtures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience and location. Recommended for anyone. "When you picture an old-style beach motel, this is pretty much what you might imagine. Cute and comfy, basic and a little outdated, but still rocking and rolling. The location keeps you out of the more expensive downtown and beachfront areas, which means you save on money, but you will likely have to drive to the restaurants, bars and shopping. And, in busy tourist season, parking in downtown Ogunquit can be a beast, so keep that in mind. On the whole, we had no regrets staying here. Front desk...

"I apprecuated the fact rhat they were accomodating to my situation. I did not like the fact that it was noisy up til midnight, there were bugs in the place, and a bath towel was not in the room upon arrival. "
