Perfect location for visiting Wells and surrounding areas
Beautiful spacious home just across the street from the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. The only negative was it is located very close to the street. so if you are traveling with pets you need to make sure they don’t run out into the street.

House well perfectly situated near beach access path, only a min walk. House was clean and well equipped, all shops were within mins if anything was forgotten. Will definitely stay here again.

The home is located right next to the beach and is a great location for all things Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunk. Simple communications with the host and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful and able to enjoy the beautiful deck with ocean views. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of places to sit. Everyone enjoyed the stay and wants to come back.

Juggernaut Stay
We loved the house and the neighborhood until checkout day when they began demolishing the cottage next door. As we were loading our cars, the airborne remnants of the insulation from the destruction next door floated all over our belongings, our cars, and into our hosts garage.

The location of the property to the beach is the best perk. The house itself is cozy and host made it more special because he accommodating. The beach is just a few feet away from the house. As soon as you step foot on the beach, the wave is already pointing at you to come and play. It’ll be one of the best time of your life for sure. The right house for the the right fun at the beach.

Such a wonderful, spacious three story home! The outside deck/porch is worth spending many lovely hours listening to the crashing ocean however this home is perfectly located only a few hundred feet from the ocean shore so it is a pleasure to get to the sand in only a few minutes. Everything one might need to call it "home" is here including kitchen utensils, pots and pans, nothing more was needed for us. The washer and drier are upscale and the two and half bathrooms were updated nicely. We had the best vacation at this home and would love to come again. October 23, 2024, Jay and Alicia Diedreck

The perfect beach house!
I would highly recommend this property. This is the 2nd time my friends and I have used this house for our annual knitting weekend. It's so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We love it!

I can not say enough great things about this stay. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. Gorgeous view and access to ocean. Close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of space and truly comfortable. You will not regret renting here. I already plan on returning!!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt like home! The wafting of the sea aroma just made the stay more charming. Ocean just a short walk away and the comfort and cozy home made our stay just perfect! We loved the local seafood restaurants just minutes away along with a wonderful local distillery also just minutes away. We would highly recommend this charming yet spacious home for family or friends to gather!

Bright and clean and comfy!
We loved staying here! The place was so clean and well set up. We really appreciated how complete the kitchen set up was in particular and everything was in excellent shape, unlike many places we've stayed where the pans are all destroyed, etc. It is light and bright and open and comfortable. Being able to lie in bed in the morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean was wonderful. Highly recommended!
