"When you picture an old-style beach motel, this is pretty much what you might imagine. Cute and comfy, basic and a little outdated, but still rocking and rolling. The location keeps you out of the more expensive downtown and beachfront areas, which means you save on money, but you will likely have to drive to the restaurants, bars and shopping. "This new property is right across the street from the beach -- literally a 2-minute walk -- with great views in multiple directions. It easily accommodated five families with nine adults and three young children. The house is in great condition. There is a huge kitchen with all new dishware and cutlery and a dining room table that can seat 12. There are two big living rooms, one on the first floor and one on the third, and spaces where you can spend some quiet time. We were there in the winter...
