"Stayed a few times now. Lovely place, excellent service and glorious food. Highly recommended. Only downside was the checkout. Inaccuracy on the bill meant had to wait ages for them to check and redo. Missed breakfast. Shame."

"We stayed three nights at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. The staff are always friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping...
