"I was really pleased with my stay here. I stayed in the single room. It was spacious with had clean furniture. The room was clean. My only complaint was an occasional smell in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly. They had a very nice rooftop area, and it was in a great area. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed here when we first arrived in Mumbai and enjoyed the property and staff so much, we booked again on our return after touring south India. They just did some facade renovations that came out great in a historic building. Rooms either have attached bathroom or shared hostel type and both settings were clean with hot water. A/C in both rooms was working great. Rooms were both clean for check in. There’s a nice balcony with tables overlooking a busy street to just take in daily life....

"This hotel is situated in a great location near cafes, local as well as name brand shops, and a stone's throw from the Gateway. The room was surprisingly cold with a/c, ceiling fan strong, and beds okay for comfort. Our room had all the amenities including basic toiletries, television and mini fridge, which wasn't in the description at booking,; but was a nice touch. The streetside can be a little noisy, so don't expect peace and quiet. Also no elevator. However, you can't beat the location...

"I have traveled the globe and have been in some uncomfortable accomodations, but this was easily the worst, grossest place I've ever stayed. My room had stains on the bed, on the walls, around the bathroom. They used this really strong chemical pesticide for the roaches (gross) that smelled so bad of chemicals. They masked the smell with perfumed aerosols and it was even worse! If you're prone to headaches or allergic to perfumes, be warned. It was so bad I asked for a partial refund so I could...
