"Great location and convenient to food and shopping. Room is a little outdated, very few outlets and had to use an extension cord to charge devices. The bathroom had been updated and the shower is great! The hotel spa and pool are an added bonus! Restaurants and cafes inside the hotel were excellent. Would stay here again!"

"Nice welcome and room was pleasantly large. Fridge and coffee/tea was welcome (though not stocked so reliably). Breakfast was great, even when busy. Staff super helpful when leaving very early (4am) for flight. Room view was nice and enjoyed the Dom! "

"We stayed here to see Christmas markets in Cologne. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Location was not really directly near the center of the city action, however it was a ten minute walk to the train into Cologne. We also used the gym. It was very basic, but worked. Our only complaint was the room being too hot (in December)."

"We booked two rooms; one for our daughters and one for us. We were offered an upgrade for special price which we took for our room. What we got was an upgrade to a king suite which was beautifully appointed, large, and comfortable. The service we received was outstanding. The only complaint is that the lobby had a smell of a backed up septic system, but which cleared by next day. Hotel is next to Köln Cathedral and the Christmas markets. Safe area. Will stay at this hotel on future visits."

"Ein sehr neues und modernes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Check-In geht auch über Automaten vor Ort. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer gab, nur im Bad gab es einen kleinen Eimer. Leider ist das Hotel sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt und entsprechend weit vom Bahnhof entfernt."

"Great location. Very close to everything and food at that restaurant was fantastic. The potato and bacon soup was amazing. 2 things I didn’t like about this property. 1: no elevator/lift to our room floor. This was incredibly annoying as we had our 2 year old with a pram and moving her when she was sleeping and luggage was not ideal. I wouldn’t stay again unless we were on a floor where there was a lift and didn’t have to go up and down stairs with a pram and very young children. 2: The pillows...
