"We were staying near friends in the same compound so it was very convenient. Everything is automated and quite self-explanatory. We had a corner room so had cross ventilation, other wise there was no air conditioning. "For the price we paid the hotel is excellent value, the staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are basic bit more importantly clean and all you need for a long weekend stay. "The staff are always so helpful and friendly, especially the reception and shuttle bus staff. We had a dirty hand towel in our bathroom and the service at our evening meal was not great. We have stayed here 3 times now and these were the first issues. Disappointed that the room service menu options have been reduced since our last stay. The area is a mix of development ground and housing. Nothing really near by."

"For my needs, location and price, this hotel worked very well. Apart from the breakfast room and a few seats in reception there are no public areas to relax. However my room was comfortable enough and you could purchase drinks and snacks from reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the art hanging around the corridors and I loved the view of the cathedral from my room. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Ameron. The room was extremely comfortable and the service was excellent. I did not experience the meals during my stay, so I’m not able to give a review based on that. But for everything else, it was a definite joy. Even though it was away from the shopping districts, it was very easy to get there using the tram. Thank you Ameron! "
