"We loved the “cabin in the woods” feel but also just being a short drive into town for everything. It’s a very cozy, comfortable place. It’s about 2 miles from Parish Hill Event Barn so if you have a wedding to go to there it’s a great place to book if you don’t want to drive home after. If you don’t have an SUV/truck, the driveway up might be a bit difficult as it’s quite uneven with large rocks and I did not see pictures of it in the listing or see that mentioned in the description. There was also poop in a couple spots in the yard that we had to dodge. But definitely no complaints here, would stay again for sure!"

"Cute cottage brought me back to my childhood cottage on the lake, but instead this was tucked away in the woods. The road is close, but you cannot see it or hear it as the house is set back. It served our needs & close to area's we wanted to visit. There was a note saying enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine which we could not find, but This was ok because we had plenty. The house is set on a small hill with a rail on the right side & shale rock path which was a little slippery when it rained, but we had no issues. Overall it was a lovely stay & I bet in the spring after the thaw that water fall is lovely. We would stay again. complementary wine, but we could "
