"Wow! Stunningly beautiful barn conversion in a wonderful location. Highlights were waking up to see two deer in the front yard and the amazing interiors. My partner particularly liked the 65” TV and I loved the modern kitchen, so much so I cooked on two nights. Wonderful local farm shop/butcher’s. Plenty of nearby pubs to enjoy too. "From the moment you arrive and step into the courtyard the ambiance of the barns wraps itself around you. The barns are very well equipped and we loved the different seating areas both inside and outside so all age groups had their own space- with plenty of room in big barn to all get together when we wanted to. Vicky communicated speedily when we had questions both before and during our stay. An amazing place."

"We were looking for somewhere close to our family for a one month stay in West Molesey. We were very lucky to find this apartment and Melanie and Steve were very helpful. "

"Must mention the bathroom door..very difficult to open,could have been stuck in there if on own in the house.Very bad if child was inside…very distressing.Would recommend it is seen to ASAP. Otherwise a lovely cottage with very good facilities. Peaceful and pleasant location "

"Great house in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean and very homely didn’t feel like a holiday let. Lovely big bed and great shower. Good choice of local restaurants. The stairs could be a problem for some people and towels were very thin. My personal choice but I would really have loved a little welcome pack crisps , wine etc. overall a lovely house in a great location. Arundel is lovely. "

"We had a fantastic time at this property for a one off Christmas getaway. The property itself was beautiful, the photos really don’t do it justice! Alison even decorated for us, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special. Alison was very responsive before our stay in answering any questions we had, and was always available during our stay (even though it was Christmas!). The only small problem we had was regarding the oven fan which didn’t seem to be working. We did let Alison...

"Accommodation was excellent for us. Ideal location to walk into town. The train station for London was only a 10 minute walk away. All instructions were first class. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit next year. "

Great Hotel, great service. .

"We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you "

"Great staff at reception, accommodating and friendly, after a long delayed journey on a Bank Holiday Easter Sunday. Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency. Keep up the good job in this competitive market and the area. "

"This hotel has nailed it on the head really, close to Legoland and perfect for families, well done! Fast check in, ample parking, great breakfast, nice big swimming pool and lovely grounds. The rooms were big enough for a family, nice and clean. Would defo stay here again even for a stayover for the airport."

"We stay here regularly when visiting our daughter. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are fabulous, breakfast always good quality and plenty of choice. Staff are always friendly and attentive, from check-in, to the restaurant to the bar. Have tried some of the other local hotels (even Brooklands) but always come back here."
