"We had a one night stay. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot and powerful. The bathroom was a bit snugbut im.not complaining. The stay was great value for money. It included dinner and breakfast. Not corden bleu but certainly enjoyable"

The service from the young girl in the Restaurant was also excellent. The evening meal we had was very good and the choice was varied. Breakfast was great also. The location was great as it is only a 15 minute and nice walk into town and the churches and Cathedral."

"Great location. Staff on front desk very helpful and. Restaurant staff also very helpful. All food was fabulous from the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Grounds were very pretty and we had a garden view patio room which was very spacious and had a lovely spa bath and separate shower. The Imagine Spa was well kept. The pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi all operational during our stay. We would definitely return."

"Excellent service. Very old building so there a few things that are as best as they can be but are not what you may expect. For example, the tub is higher than normal and would be problematic if you are older. Heat seemed to be missing except in the bathroom. Still, we would easily stay there again when we return. "
