"This was a fantastic property and Joel has thought trough everything to make it a fantastic set up. We commented as we left that he must have watched videos or read the book on how to create a great VRBO. Good stuff:1. He's very quick on communication and answered a bunch of questions;2. Very easy to check in with a code on the front door. Lights were on and there was a garage door opener on the front table, which allowed me to pull the van into the garage and unload. "The house was beautiful and spacious, the views even more gorgeous. Property was large with lots of space for my dog to run to her hearts content. It was nice and quiet, perfect for getting away to relax. Groceries and food were 30 minutes or less away. Would love to stay here again!"

"I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled"

"We really liked the house and the location. It's a short drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame and all that Cooperstown has to offer. The house was really clean and had all the necessities and the host even offered a complimentary bottle of wine. There were a couple of things that could be improved to make it an even better experience.
